Heck Brothers Historic Play: Brothers at Arms

September 16 & 17th

 

The Boonsboro Historical Society presents the true story of “Brothers at Arms”, a play written and performed by The Barbara Ingram School for the Arts depicting the reunion of Boonsboro’s Heck brothers who fought on opposite sides in the Civil War. This 30-minute play will be performed under tent in the Bowman House gardens in downtown Boonsboro, rain or shine.

Play starts promptly at ticketed time. Arrive 30 minutes before showing time for an in-character tour by the cast of the inside of the historic Bowman House.

While there are no tickets for purchase, we ask that you:

1. RSVP in advance.  RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.  Please RSVP by clicking here and using EventBrite to indicate which performance you will attend.

2.  Consider making a donation when you arrive for the play.  $10 donation is suggested.  Cash and checks accepted (made payable to the “Boonsboro Historical Society”).  We cannot accept credit cards.

 

PARKING: available on Main Street and in Shafer Park.
