Boonesborough Days™ New Vendor Application

Deadline to apply: May 1st, 2026 or earlier if all spots are filled. Please send in your application early since your craft must be juried and approved.

The 55th Annual Boonesborough Days will be held

Saturday, Sept 12, 2026 from 9am to 5pm

Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026 from 9am to 4pm

ALL vendors at Boonesborough Days handmake 100% of the items they sell. Please do not submit an application if you sell items made by a third party such as Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Pink Zebra, etc.
As a new participant, you are required to send in your application as soon as possible since your craft must be juried and approved.
We encourage artists/crafters to demonstrate their craft, as this increases interest in your product and in the show.
You must read the Festival Rules and Policies document (click on the blue botton below). Submitting this form indicates your willingness to comply with all rules.

3. PAYMENT will made AFTER you are accepted into the festival. (You will be notified whether or not you have been selected to participate between April 15 – May 15)

FESTIVAL MARKETING: Please provide a brief description of your business or crafts for use on our vendor listing. For example: “Handmade pottery featuring unique colors”, “Artwork featuring recycled materials” or “Hand-poured candles and accessories”.

While there is no guarantee, we usually include a vendor's website address on our Vendor List, which is published on our website and Facebook page. If you do not have a website for your business, you may include a social media page that is specifically for your business. No personal pages are allowed.

Pay Vendor Booth Fees

You will not pay for your space until after you have been accepted.

Once you receive notification via email with a payment link, prompt payment will be made or your space will be released to the next vendor on the list. Checks may also be accepted with prior approval from the festival manager.

Your application is not complete, until we have received your payment.
