Boonesborough Days™ Returning Vendor Application

Deadline to apply: April 15, 2025

The 54th Annual Boonesborough Days will be held on Sept 6th and 7th, 2025.
As a previous participant, if you wish to request the same site, you will have until the deadline above to return your completed application. After April 15th, your site will likely be given to another vendor.
The deadline for returning vendors, food vendors and demonstrator applications. After April 15th, we begin assigning spaces to new vendors so please submit your applications and fees by the deadline if you wish to return to the festival.

Please describe your products as you want them to be advertised. As a Returning Vendor, ONLY INCLUDE PHOTOS OF YOUR NEW ITEMS. ALL items must be HANDMADE - NO EXCEPTIONS *

While there is no guarantee, we usually include a vendor's website address on our Vendor List, which is published on our website and Facebook page. If you do not have a website for your business, you may include a social media page that is specifically for your business. No personal pages are allowed.

Step #3. Pay Vendor Booth Fees

Important! Please select and pay for a booth from the buttons below. If you select a booth with a parking space and one is not available, we will refund the additional $25.

If you prefer to pay by check, please send us an email to festival@boonsborohistoricalsociety.org to let us know you will send a check. Checks payable to “Boonsboro Historical Society” and mail to: Boonsboro Historical Society, P.O. Box 213, Boonsboro, MD 21713.

Your application is not complete, until we have received your payment.

If you are paying with a different email than noted in your application, be sure to let us know so we can connect your payment with your application.
