Boonesborough Days™ Returning Vendor Application

The 55th Annual Boonesborough Days will be held

Saturday, Sept 12, 2026 from 9am to 5pm

Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026 from 9am to 4pm

  • As a previous participant, we will attempt to give you the same site location, but no guarantee.  You will have until April 15, 2026 to return a completed application and payment (sooner the better).  After the deadline of April 15, the site will be given to another vendor.
  • Read all the rules. Submitting this form indicates your willingness to comply with all rules.

The Process:

1.  READ Festival Rules and Policies

2. SUBMIT application after completing all the info.

3. PAYMENT is made by selecting clicking on a payment button at the bottom of this page. No application is complete without payment.

Step #2. Application:

If you do not currently have a MD Sales and Use Tax ID, we will send your contact information to them, prior to the event. After the event you will contacted directly by the MD Sales and Use Tax department.
There is no guaranteed booth placement, but we will do our best to accommodate.

10 photos may be uploaded - if you need to send more photos, please email them to festival@boonsborohistoricalsociety.org, along with your name and company name.
While there is no guarantee, we usually include a vendor's website address on our Vendor List, which is published on our website and Facebook page. If you do not have a website for your business, you may include a social media page that is specifically for your business. No personal pages are allowed.

Be sure to click the “Submit” button above to submit your application before proceeding onto the payment section below. 

Step #3. Pay Vendor Booth Fees

Important!  Please select and pay for a booth from the buttons below.  If you select a booth with a parking space and one is not available, we will refund the additional $25.

If you prefer to pay by check, please send us an email to festival@boonsborohistoricalsociety.org to let us know you will send a check.  Checks payable to “Boonsboro Historical Society” and mail to: Boonsboro Historical Society, P.O. Box 213, Boonsboro, MD 21713.

Your application is not complete, until we have received your payment.

Please note: You have the option at checkout to pay via PayPal OR you may pay on your credit card.

If you are paying with a different email than noted in your application, be sure to let us know so we can connect your payment with your application.
