53rd Annual Boonesborough Days Festival

The 53rd Annual Boonesborough Days will be held on Sept 7th and 8th, 2024 from 9 am-5pm.  The festival is devoted to history and handmade crafts and art. Each vendor must make their items 100% by hand.  Vendors must also be at the festival both days from 9 to 5pm.

Application Deadlines

April 15th – the deadline for returning vendors, food vendors and demonstrator applications.  After April 15th, we begin assigning spaces to new vendors so please submit your applications by the deadline if you wish to return to the festival.

June 15th (or sooner) – the deadline by which NEW vendors must submit their applications.
**Please note that many new vendors will submit their applications as early as February and March.  Once we fill all the vendor spots, we may close the application window earlier than June 15th.  In fact, it closed in May in 2023.

There are 3 steps in the vendor application process:

1.  Read the Rules and Policies thoroughly so you understand what is required of both craft and food vendors. Click here for a copy.  Not knowing them will not be an excuse for not following them.

2. Submit an application below (click one of the blue buttons per type of vendor), being sure to list ALL items to be displayed, along with photos. Applications are completed online.  Paper copies are not preferred but are available by emailing the festival manager at festival@boonsborohistoricalsociety.org.

3. Submit Vendor Fee.  Returning vendors will pay for their booths at the same time they complete their application via payment buttons.  New Vendors will not pay their fee until they have received notification that they have been approved as a vendor.

Vendor Applications

New Vendors are those who have not exhibited at the festival before – or have not exhibited in the past 2 years.

Returning Vendors are those who exhibited at either the 2023 or 2022 festival.

Food & Beverage Vendors sell their items from designated spots around the festival location, including pavilions or their own food truck, not from the booth spaces provided for craft vendors.

Demonstrators are those who demonstrate their craft or expertise for the benefit of festival-goers.  While all craft vendors are encouraged to demonstrate their handiwork when possible, those who are demonstrating ONLY are not charged a booth fee and they are not allowed to sell items from their space.

WARNING! – Do not submit a vendor application unless it is using the buttons above to go to our official applications (or if the festival manager directly emails you a copy you can print).  Do not send money to anyone on Facebook claiming to have spaces. These are a scam. Typically, there are a large number of yard sales and churches selling items during the festival weekend. ONLY official BBD vendors will receive a booth at Shafer Park as part of Boonesborough Days.
