Boonesborough Days™ Food & Beverage Vendor Application

The 53rd Annual Boonesborough Days will be held on Sept 7th and 8th, 2024 from 9am-5pm. If you would like to be a food vendor, please complete the form below.

Food Vendor Reservation Fee – $105.00

  • Fee is non-refundable and is paid online.  

Additional Fees: 

  • Each food vendor will be required to pay 15% of their total net profits, paid by check.
  • Each vendor will be required to pay net result amount PRIOR to October 31st, 2024.
  • If your Net Profit is paid AFTER October 31st, 2024, you will be required to pay a late fee of $50 (by money order). 
  • Failure to comply with the above requirements may forfeit your vendor space for the following year.
  • Amount of net profits is paid by a check made out to “Boonsboro Historical Society” and mailed to: Boonsboro Historical Society, P.O. Box 213, Boonsboro, MD 21713.

    The Process:

    2. SUBMIT application after completing all the info.

    3. PAYMENT will made AFTER you are accepted into the festival.

    Application:

    If you do not currently have a MD Sales and Use Tax ID, we will send your contact information to them, prior to the event. After the event you will contacted directly by the MD Sales and Use Tax department.
    While there is no guarantee, we usually include a vendor's website address on our Vendor List, which is published on our website and Facebook page. If you do not have a website for your business, you may include a social media page that is specifically for your business. No personal pages are allowed.
    Note important changes for food vendors in the rules for this year, including fee increases. Read the rules document thoroughly.

    Pay Vendor Booth Fees

    If you are a NEW Food vendor, you will not pay for your space until after you have been accepted. Once you receive notification via email with a payment link, prompt payment will be made or your space will be released to the next vendor on the list.  Checks may also be accepted with prior approval from the festival manager.

    If you are a RETURNING Food vendor, please contact the festival manager to arrange payment via check or to be sent a link for online payment at festival@boonsborohistoricalsociety.org

    Your application is not complete, until we have received your payment.
